My inspiration...Gordon!

I decided to start a food blog this year and my very first post is dedicated to the celebrity Chef who in 2005 inspired me to really COOK.
I fell in love with Gordon Ramsay and I owe my love of good food and great recipes to this hot British hunky tall man. Mom, if you are reading this - I am sorry, i do love the Nicaraguan food you make and i thank you for the inflated sense of self i have to this very day but Gordon is my true inspiration in the kitchen.
